We were pleasantly surprised at the space you get for your money. The rooms are apartment style with a bedroom, bathroom, large closet and then living room, small dining area and mini kitchen (stove, fridge, sink, microwave) stocked with basic cookware. It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach and has a number of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk in either direction up or down the beach. We did have an issue with hot water our first night, but we told the host and it was fixed quickly. There are lots of more expensive hotels around, and the area feels safe at night. For the price, this place was perfect
We were pleasantly surprised by how great the room was when we arrived. For such a reasonable rate for this area, you never know what you’re gonna get, but the room was quaint, pristinely clean, comfortable couch and bed. Pool was amazing, crystal clear and clean. Hotel is in close proximity to everything whether you decide to drive or walk. A couple of blocks and you’re right on the beach. The couple that run the hotel are on property 24 hours, quiet and friendly people!! If we make it back to Ft Lauderdale, we’ll definitely be staying here again.

I am still here and had to write my review. Immaculate! Soooooo clean. Plenty of parking. Walking distance to everything. They provide chairs and an umbrella. I love this place. I stayed a week with my 8 year old who loves it here I'm coming back for sure.
Spacious 1 bed room with a full kitchen. 2 blocks from the beach. We borrowed beach chairs, towels and a parasol for the beach. We cooked breakfast and lunch in the room, and could save a lot. A 25-min walk along the beach to a Publix Supermarket for food and groceries. Office hour is limited but the manager will reply quickly by phone. She gave us a code key so that we could check in at 2 in the morning. $20 on Uber from the airport even without a rent-a-car.
Our anniversary trip was amazing. We never expected to find such an unforgettable place; it was a beautiful, clean, and neat apartment. The service, the warm welcome, and the amazing assistance of Yolanda and Armando were some of the best we've ever experienced. Magical nights by the pool and the beach within walking distance make us want to return to this small hotel again and again.
We had a pleasant surprise. It looks simple, but the service is so family-like, we felt very welcomed. The room was clean and the mattress very relaxing. We went in non-spring-break time and the place was quiet and relaxing. Very close to the beach and nice restaurants near by.
I stayed for 2 nights and it was a nice stay. The apartment was clean/neat, and it is literally walking distance to the beach. Check in was easy and they communicated well beforehand. The only interaction I had with staff there was at check in and the young lady at the office was super nice! There were lots of restaurants in walking distance. I will definitely look to stay there again for my next visit.
